You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. bd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the stipulated period;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed verification and applicable withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances and non-withdrawable promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

In the event of account suspension due to suspected prohibited conduct, bd22 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bd22 may permanently forfeit the withheld balance.
